Both rooms featured massive 15’ x 45’ screens to display presentations, video content, and branding elements. To ensure these screens delivered crystal-clear visuals in the large ballrooms, we utilized blended 20k Panasonic projectors for each room. The screen blending was handled with precision using Barco E2 controllers, allowing us to project flawless, wide-format visuals across the entire space. These controllers enabled our team to synchronize and adjust the screens with ease, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent quality throughout the event.
For the audio setup, we provided d&b audiotechnik loudspeaker systems, renowned for their ability to carry distinct spoken word and audio throughout large venues. The rooms were sizable, and it was crucial that every seat in the audience could hear the presenters clearly. The d&b system effortlessly provided full-room coverage, ensuring that every word was delivered with clarity, no matter where an attendee was seated.
Designing for Efficiency: A Complete AV Package in One Truck

For this event, our entire AV package for both rooms was carefully planned to fit in a single 26-foot truck.
